Kalbar is approximately 86 kilometres from Brisbane and just over an hour by car. It is approximately 43 kilometres from Ipswich and about 40 minutes drive. From the Gold Coast it is approximately 110 kilometres and 1 hour 40 mins drive
The closest towns are Boonah which is 12.5 kilometres away and about 12 minutes drive and Aratula which is 10 kilometres and 8-10 minutes drive away.
